A four-month consultancy for a specialist in trial monitoring is posted by the OSCE. Application deadline is early next week. Qualification, according to the notice, include ten years of experience in the human rights and rule of law area in general including at least five years of experience with trial monitoring, particularly developing strategies, methodology and training for trial monitoring programmes; an advanced university degree in law, human rights, rule of law, international criminal law or a related field; knowledge of international human rights law and particularly fair trial standards; excellent knowledge of English; excellent writing and presentation skills.
