Cassese: Flawed International Justice for Darfur
Prof. Antonio Cassese, former President of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, and chair of the UN Commission of Inquiry on Darfur, has criticised certain aspects of the Prosecutor's decision to charge the President of Sudan before the International Criminal Court.
