Bringing Gadafy to Trial
David Scheffer has an article in the latest Foreign Policythat argues for justice rather than military options in Libya. It concludes prophetically: 'The Anglo-American invasion of Iraq without Security Council authorization and everything that followed are legacies it will take a very long time to overcome. Let's begin in Libya.'
