Costs of the International Criminal Court

Guénaël Mettraux, who has been working at the international criminal courts for many years, and who is one of the more distinguished (and successful) defense counsel, as well as a prolific author, has written a very challenging piece about the costs of the International Criminal Court. As I point out in the comment I left to that article, the real question is whether we will ever get our money's worth with international tribunals, as opposed to more local solutions (which have their own flaws, granted, but at least appear more cost-efficient).
