She was a powerful academic activist in the pursuit of international justice and surely inspired so many of her students and colleagues. She also was a leader in atrocities prevention work. I enjoyed all of my visits to Cardozo under her gracious leadership. She will be sorely missed. She was an academic activist of the highest order and inspired us all. She was a true leader in atrocities prevention work and the most gracious of hosts at Cardozo, which I visited often under her leadership. This is a very sad day.
